Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Work Futures Report website and newsletter (“WFR”, operated by GBC SRL). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. The service
WFR provides editorial commentary on the future of work, AI, and organisations, delivered via this website and an email newsletter. Subscription is free. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any issue.
2. AI-assisted content — no warranty
WFR content is produced with AI assistance under human editorial oversight (see our AI Transparency Disclosure). While we apply automated quality and fact-checking steps, content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We provide it “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing in WFR constitutes financial, legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation to take any specific action. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for decisions made on the basis of our content.
4. Intellectual property
The WFR name, site content, and design are owned by GBC SRL or its licensors, except for third-party material quoted with attribution. You may share and quote our content with credit and a link, but may not republish full articles or issues without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.
6. Third-party links
Our content links to external sources. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GBC SRL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, WFR. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
